Active Knowledge Extraction from Cyclic Voltammetry

چکیده

Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) is an electro-chemical characterization technique used in initial material screening for desired properties and to extract information about reactions. In some applications, kinetic of the associated reactions (e.g., rate constants turn over frequencies), CV curve should have a specific shape (for example S-shape). However, often settings obtain such are not known priori. this paper, active search framework defined accelerate identification that enable knowledge extraction from experiments. Towards goal, representation responses combination with Bayesian Model Selection (BMS) method efficiently label response be either S-shape or S-shape. Using BMS oracle, we report linear target six-dimensional space (comprised thermodynamic, mass transfer, solution variables as dimensions). Our has potential powerful virtual molecular catalysts, bi-functional fuel cell other energy conversion storage systems.
